RegaLead, historically known for decorative glass and door components, has expanded into engineered door components in response to customers seeking PVCu doors that look more like timber or aluminium. By combining decorative glass, traditional and contemporary panel options, and premium foil finishes from Aluplast, the partnership enables fabricators to create premium-looking doors with mechanical joints and highly realistic surface textures.

The offering is intentionally designed to be simple for fabricators and installers: RegaLead produces custom-sized complete component packs, which allow PVCu door manufacturers to assemble high-end engineered doors without complexity. Installers and fabricators are embracing the concept rapidly, dedicating showroom space to the new door styles, with extremely positive feedback at recent industry events including the Glazing Summit. To support the market, RegaLead is rolling out full brochures, visualiser integration and marketing resources that make selling engineered doors as straightforward as selling composite doors. With strong demand, unique aesthetics and attractive margins for installers, the companies believe engineered PVCu doors will become a major force in the door market.
